You will need:
- A sugar cube or 1 tsp of sugar
- Angostura bitters
- 60ml Chivas Regal 12YO
- Ice
- Orange peel and cherry to garnish
To make:
- Muddle together the sugar with 2 dashes of bitters into an old-fashioned glass or tumbler
- Add an ice cube & 15ml of Chivas Regal 12YO and stir until the ice has half melted.
- Repeat three more times with 15ml Chivas Regal 12YO (60ml total).
- Zest the orange peel over the glass and drop into the glass
- Garnish with a cherry and enjoy!
