Micro-distilled in small batch copper-pot stills, Empress 1908 is hand-crafted using eight signature botanicals: tea, juniper, rose, coriander seed, grapefruit peel, ginger root, cinnamon bark, and butterfly pea blossom. It's the pea blossom, which we discovered in one of the Empress tea blends, that imbues the gin with a distinctive earthy note. The distinct flavour and colour of Empress 1908 comes from the infusion of tea botanicals. No artificial colours or stabilisers are used in its creation - so while the flavour will last forever, its unique indigo hue will not. Fading of the natural colour is accelerated by exposure to sunlight. We recommend that you experience each bottle within a year of purchase and store in a cool, dark place. A small batch whiskey that takes it's name from the events surrounding the famous Dublin whiskey fire of 1875. This is a blend of grain and malt whiskey that has been aged in first-fill bourbon barrels that have been charred to a higher level than usual. This extra flaming of the casks gives rise to sweeter and a slight smoky taste in the whiskey with concentrated flavours of vanilla, spice and tropical fruits.

Fords Gin is a collaboration between 8th generation Master Distiller Charles Maxwell of Thames Distillers and Simon Ford of The 86 Company. A modern take on a classic London Dry Gin, Fords starts with a traditional base of juniper and coriander seed and is balanced by citrus, florals and spices that are steeped for 15 hours before being distilled. Each botanical blends together to create the perfect, versatile base for any gin-inspired cocktail.
