YOU WILL NEED:

  • 45ml El Jimador Blanco
  • 20ml Cointreau
  • 30ml Lime Juice
  • 10ml Sugar Syrup
  • 30ml Pineapple Juice

TO MAKE:

  1. Pour all ingredients into a shaker
  2. Add ice and shake
  3. Strain over ice in rocks glass
  4. Garnish with pineapple wedge
