Put a spin on your old friend Collins with the addition of Elderflower liqueur & Lillet Blanc (or vermouth).

You will need:

• 15ml Elderflower Liqueur
• 30ml Jameson Original
• 1 Lemon twist 
• 30ml Lemon Juice
• 10ml Lillet Blanc (or Bianco/White vermouth)
• 90ml Soda Water

To make: 

1. Combine Jameson Original, Lillet Blanc, Elderflower liqueur & lemon juice together & stir
2. Pour into a highball glass filled with ice & stir again before topping with soda water 
3. Garnish with a lemon twist
