This one you’ll need to make ahead of time (and you’ll also need a blender!) The 1.1.1 ratio won’t freeze, so with the addition of some orange juice, you’ll get a sweeter, slush-ier version that’s just strong enough. We recommend making extra & stashing it in your freezer for sunny days by the pool!
You will need:
- 1/2 cup gin (we used Tanqueray)
- 1/2 cup Campari
- 1/2 cup sweet Vermouth
- 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
- Orange slices to garnish
To make:
- Add all ingredients to an air tight container & mix well.
- Freeze for 8 hours min (it won't fully freeze because of the alcohol
- When ready to serve, add to a blender with ice
- Blend until thick & smoot
- Divide into 4 glasses & garnish with slice of orange
