Make it (purple) rain wiith flavour at your next get together with this deliciously frothered layered cocktail.

You will need:

50ml The Glenlivet Captain's Reserve
20ml Lemon Juice
15ml simple syrup
15ml red wine
10ml egg white

To make:

Dry shake (shake without ice!) all ingredients minus red wine.
Add ice and shake again.
Strain into a coupe glass.
Slowly pour in red wine to layer.
