A delicate soft salmon pink in the glass, this complex yet elegant Méthode Traditionnelle Rosé displays fresh strawberry, hints of ripe stonefruit and underlying notes of brioche and toasted hazelnut. The Gimblett; is traditionally made from a blend of grape varieties. The Cabernet family gives structure and fresh aromatics. Merlot gives richness and mid-palate weight with Malbec helping with complexity, density and colour.

Aromatics of plum, and blackberry take on a tinge of chocolate along with some spicy touches from time spent in oak. The palate is soft and smoothly Merlotesque, fruit-forward yet complex. Eminently drinkable.
